Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Neeks773@yahoo.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review each case and work with you to resolve any verified shipping or fulfillment errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Neeks773 is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed.
